Professional Supervision services are provided from a values-based framework. At Arena, we practice reflective supervision, which invites the practitioner to explore their actions and beliefs and allows them to give and receive reflective feedback. We believe this approach is the key to maintaining professional standards and growing professional capacity in a safe and respectful manner.
We understand the impact of current environmental, personal and work-related challenges on our health and practice. That is why we focus on self-care and actively support practitioners to sustain their own health so they are able to support the health of others.
