Session Fees
The following fees apply to clients paying privately and exclude NDIS clients, WorkCover Clients and, DVA card holders.
Director and Principal Psychologist = $260.00
General Psychologist = $230.00
If you are working with the Director and Principal Psychologist, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $96.65 under a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Medicare rebates are not available for sessions with a provisionally registered psychologists. Please discuss eligibility for a Mental Health Treatment Plan with your General Practitioner. More information on Mental Health Treatment Plans can be found here.
Alternatively, you may be eligible for private health rebates through your private health fund. The rebate through your private health may be available for sessions with a provisionally registered psychologist. Please check with your health fund provider for coverage.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid fees for cancellations, reschedules and non-attendance please let us know as soon as possible.
We require notice so that the time may be made available to support someone else.

0–24 hours notice: 100% of the fee charged
24–48 hours notice: 50% of the fee charged
48 hours–5 business days notice: 25% of the fee charged
